The
Hajoor Court's order to the citizens of Vyttila Desom is that Koodarappilly Thummi Thomman and others who belonged to the Venduruthy Parish submitted a petition seeking permission to shift the Holy Cross from Thykoodathil Parambu to Mattapilly Padi, a paddy field, after converting it to a suitable plot to construct a church. Koodarappilly Thomman has 'ponn karayama' to Elanjiry Kunjan Menon with record to this plot.
As there was no objection regarding the above petition, His Highness Maharaja has forwarded the petition to the District Collector (Resident Saipe)
In this result, the petition was allowed, after endorsement in the records. The order was also communicated to the Thahasildhar (Sarvaadikari).
As per the order No1748, dated 18th Medom, the petitioner was allowed to shift the Cross, after constructing a church, without causing any problem to others.
